Piece By Piece

You struggle when you try to force life. Your vision feels clear in your mind and you think you know how things should unfold. And when they don’t, you tell yourself you’ve failed. That the world is against you. That your dreams are impossible. That your flaws prevent you. But life does not respond to force, it responds to presence.

Life is like a puzzle. You cannot begin in the middle—there would be nothing to hold your vision. You begin with the frame: the supports, the boundaries, the container that holds your creation. And then—piece by piece—you begin. There are so many pieces. So many colors. So many possibilities.

Sometimes you wonder where to start. Just start by letting yourself play. Let yourself be guided and  your mind, body, heart, and intuition begin to work together. You move pieces around. You recognize patterns. You organize without rushing. You take your time. You don’t need to complete it all at once. The mind needs rest. The body needs restoration. The heart needs nourishment.

And when you return—with fresh eyes, a clear mind, renewed energy and momentum begins to build. The pieces start to speak to one another. The picture becomes clear. Near the end, something shifts. The movement quickens. The flow becomes exhilarating. And when you place the final piece, there is a deep, quiet peace—the kind that comes from honoring your own mastery.

You marvel not just at what you created, but at how you learned to trust the process. And yet there is more than one puzzle. Your life is eternal creation. It is never finished. There will always be another piece  arriving, another vision forming, another becoming on its way to you.

So be patient. Create piece by piece.

Your soul to soul communication. Writing under the influence of god.
Much love Faith

🌿 Micro Practice: Piece by Piece

Purpose: To locate yourself in the puzzle of your life and gently invite forward your next piece.

  1. Sit somewhere comfortable and take three slow breaths.
Let yourself soften and your breath deepen.

  2. Ask yourself:
“Where am I in the puzzle of my life right now?”
Don’t rush the answer. Let an image, feeling, or word arise.

  3. Bring to mind a dream that lives inside you:
a book you long to write,
    a new career or path,
    deeper companionship,
    more fulfillment,
or a creative project waiting to be born.

  4. Gently inquire:
    • Is this dream still in a box, collecting dust?
    • Are the pieces scattered in a pile, waiting to be sorted?
    • Have I built the edges—the safety, structure, and support—
but hesitated on putting together the inner pieces?

  5. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Ask: “What is the next single piece I am ready to place?”
It may be small. It may be simple. Trust what arises.

  6. Close by saying softly:
“ do not need to see the whole picture.
    I honor this one piece.”

Let this practice remind you:
Your life is not meant to be solved all at once. It is meant to be lived—piece by piece.
