Friendship

On a soul-to-soul level, friendship is a courtship of love, growth, and learning. Some friendships come and go. Some stay a lifetime. Some are like a weekend retreat—brief, nourishing, and beautiful. Some arrive like a thunderbolt, intense and unforgettable, like a love affair of the spirit. Some drift in gently, like a warm breeze along the ocean,steady and soft, expanding slowly like the sea.

And then there is the one you know will never disappear. With each breath, you feel its vastness. Its constancy. Its depth.

Now darling, that is your soulmate. The one who stays. The one who grows with you through night and day, through winter and summer, through breaking and becoming. But love like that does not appear by accident. You must sow the seeds. You must tend the soil, you must let the roots grow deeper than the breeze. And with each passing year, the fruit grows sweeter, the garden richer, and the bond more sacred. Friendships may come and go, but soulmates , once grown are forever.

Notice what you feel in your body when you think of this person—warmth, softness, gratitude, longing, or love.
Silently say:
“Thank you for growing with me.”
Ask yourself:
“What is one small way I can tend this friendship today?”
(A message, a kind thought, a moment of appreciation, an honest sharing.)
If no soulmate friendship comes to mind, place your hand on your heart and say:
“I am open to cultivating soul-aligned friendships.”

This practice reminds you that soulmate connections are living gardens—
they flourish through intention, presence, and love.
