Transformation
Sacred Soul Coaching is the process of moving from the human perspective to the soul perspective. How we transform is by learning how to embrace every situation as an opportunity for growth and to see our past challenges, traumas, and pain as an opportunity to heal. It is the process of moving from a state of victim consciousness to a state of empowered consciousness without bypassing your pain or issues.
Empowerment
An empowered life happens when we take the time to bring presence and consciousness in a deliberate and intentional way. To recognize that your life is happening for you, not to you. To be empowered means to cultivate a state of compassion and curiosity in your life for greater consciousness, self- awareness, and healing. Empowered living is shifting from a state of fear to a state of love in everything you do.
Connection
The mind creates pain and suffering but when you are connected to source energy, referred to as Creator, Nature, God, Divine, Love or Grace, (the infinite energy that connects all life), you begin to understand that you are loved, protected, and guided. Your connection to source will deepen your awareness of your soul’s purpose. When your soul is being expressed your true happiness is felt and experienced in a deeper way. Your connection to source energy allows you to embrace yourself as an expression of divine and to use your god given gifts to raise your consciousness into a state of love and peace and that will ripple out into the world.
